Comprehensive hand fracture care in one system 

The A.L.P.S. mvX™ Hand System is the first of its kind to offer seamless integration of hand plating paired with intramedullary metacarpal nailing and percuteanous pinning all in one system to revolutionize the treatment of hand fractures.

Intramedullary Nails

The A.L.P.S. mvX™ Hand System is the only hand fracture system with integrated intramedullary nails to offer surgeons options and versatility. The non-compressive nails are designed to aid in the reduction of metacarpal fractures and easy-to-use instrumentation allows for a streamlined surgical experience.

Fracture Plates

The system includes standard fracture plates including straight, T, Y and tine plates in sizes ranging from 1.3mm to 2.4mm designed to provide surgeons options when it comes to repairing hand fractures. The innovative 1.5/2.0mm plates allow both 1.5 and 2.0mm screws to be used within the same plate providing additional versatility for surgeons.

Specialty Plates

In addition to the standard fracture plates, the system includes specialty plates meticulously designed to address specific fracture patterns including Bennett, Rolando, Avulsion, and Condylar fractures, along with an offset plate for more fixation options. Furthermore, A.L.P.S. mvX™ is the first system to provide options for both a proximal and distal metacarpal osteotomy using the Rotation Correction Plate.

  • The A.L.P.S. mvX™ Hand System includes plates designed for a precise anatomic fit, non-compressive intramedullary nails with a minimal head diameter for reduced articular cartilage loss, and instruments to simplify the surgical workflow.
  • The unique intramedullary nail depth gauge can be used to measure for both nail length and diameter using the innovative stepped design in conjunction with fluoroscopy for the best fit.

Versatility Unmatched

  • A wide variety of screw options are available ranging from 1.3mm to 2.4mm to provide surgeons with fixation options to fit their needs.
  • The 1.5/2.0mm plating module is designed to allow for the use of both 1.5 and 2.0mm screws within the same plates allowing for additional flexibility.

Expansive offering

  • The A.L.P.S. mvX™ Hand System is the only system on the market to offer a comprehensive hand frature system including standard plates, specialty plates, integrated intramedullary nails, and options for percutaneous pinning all within one tray.
  • The system includes three plate modules for 22 total plates and four intramedullary nail families for 24 total nails providing surgeons with a broad range of options all within one set to treat any hand fracture
